Lyn is currently the Global Head for Total Rewards Operations based in the Manila, Philippines and she oversees 82 countries with an employee base of more than 75,000+ employees in 6 regions.  In her current role, Lyn set up the TRO organization to be more responsive to the business needs, incorporating Employee Journey mapping and creating a progressive organization supportive of the new operating model.  She is also leading the team in piloting the Asia Benefits Transformation leveraging on review of the benefits portfolio, deploying a new technology and setting up a new service delivery model.

Scott is a finance professional with 20 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry in both FP & A and controllership roles. Scott currently leads a Global Finance centre in Kuala Lumpur consisting of over 400 finance professionals that support the global technical accounting requirements of an enterprise that is currently active in 123 countries. The centre specialises in R2R, S2T and Supply Chain finance value add activities.

Nizam is currently the Head of IT Services at DXC Technology. Prior to joining DXC, Nizam led a team of about 130 personnel in providing IT (infrastructure and applications) operational support to Sime Darby Group of companies. The role also required him to lead various IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support business operations and to improve user productivity. 

Prior to joining Sime Darby, he was a Manager at Accenture where he mainly focused on SAP ERP and Finance & Performance Management projects.

Chen Fong Tuan

HR & General Affairs Director

Samsung Electronics Malaysia 

Currently the HR & General Affairs Director of Samsung Electronics, Chen is mainly responsible for leading the full spectrum of in-country HR and corporate solutions. 
Prior to this, Chen was the Chief People Office of Mah Sing Group. He has also held various senior leadership roles with Maybank Group, British American Tobacco, OCBC, and Coca-Cola. He also had a stint with Watson Wyatt (now known as Willis Towers Watson) as Malaysia’s talent practice lead, consulting in the areas of talent management, total rewards and human capital strategy.

Prior to Intel, he had 10 years experiences in the fields of Audit, Public Sector, and financial services.

Dr. Patricia Francis is a strategy and operations expert driven to make an impact in the Shared Services industry. She brings almost 20 years of experience in audit, finance/ accounting and cross functional consulting in varied industries and intercultural environments throughout her tenure in both Fortune 500 and local companies.

Dr. Patricia is responsible for the overall organizational setup of Sanofi Business Services KL Center to support China, Asia and JPAC.
