Azlinda, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience, began her journey with PageGroup in late Q2 2024, stepping into the pivotal role of the first Global Business Services (GBS) Employee in the APAC region as the Shared Services Centre (SSC) Director. With a robust background rooted primarily in Finance, Azlinda has spent 16 years specializing in GBS, Finance, and ERP Transformation initiatives, earning her a reputation as a visionary leader and a trusted expert in her field. Her career trajectory includes key leadership roles at top-tier GBS organizations such as Zimmer Biomet, GSK, WorleyParsons, and Shell, where she consistently delivered results and drove transformational change.
In her dual capacity as SSC Director and Central PMO/Transformation Lead at PageGroup, Azlinda is at the forefront of establishing and steering the Regional Shared Services Centre. As SSC Director, she is responsible for the seamless daily operations of the centre, ensuring that all service delivery activities meet or exceed the quality, timeliness, and SLA commitments. Her role extends beyond operational oversight; she is instrumental in shaping the culture of the new centre, embedding a performance-driven, collaborative ethos while acting as the primary escalation point for any service-related issues raised by senior business leaders across the region.
A key aspect of Azlinda's leadership involves spearheading the establishment of the new entity for the SSC in Kuala Lumpur. This includes the critical task of submitting the application for the Malaysian Digital status with the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), which positions the SSC to leverage various incentives and support available for digital transformation. She is also at the helm of strategic collaborations, such as partnering with Invest KL, to ensure the centre’s growth and alignment with national economic initiatives. Azlinda's efforts in these areas are vital in positioning the SSC as a hub of innovation and excellence within the APAC region.
In her role within the Program Management Office (PMO), Azlinda manages the complex transition of multiple functions—including Finance, Business Technology, HR, and Marketing—from the existing SSC in Singapore to the newly established Global Business Services in Kuala Lumpur. This involves meticulous planning and execution to ensure successful process migrations across various functions, countries, and timelines. Her leadership is central to building the team, attracting top talent, and fostering a culture that aligns with PageGroup's values and vision, ensuring that the SSC not only meets its operational goals but also thrives as a centre of excellence.

Nik Zanariah has served TNB for over 26 years, holding several roles within the company, including positions in the Distribution Division, ICT Division, Procurement Division, and TNB Global Business Solutions.​​
With over 6 years of experience in the Shared Services industry, Nik Zanariah is responsible for the overall delivery of the Service Delivery Department, managing end-to-end services from Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire, Order to Cash, and Business Support Office. She is committed to fostering a culture of value creation through automation and continuous improvement.​​
Her experience spans the full spectrum of IT projects, including ERMS and business transformation initiatives such as the Procurement Transformation Program and TGBS Wave 1 and 2.
Nik Zanariah has played a key role in operations governance, achieving significant results in Opex optimization, customer experience improvement, business value delivery, and business growth support.​​Nik Zanariah has championed several digital initiatives, including the Contractor & Supplier Evaluation (CASE), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), TGBS Chatbot, and paperless initiatives (e-Contract, e-PO, e-Invoice). She is actively involved in ESG activities such as the food compost program, TNB uniform disposal, the food box initiative, and promoting behavior changes to drive ESG efforts among TNB staff, aligning with TNB's Sustainability Pathway 2050.​​

Shaiful Zainuddin, currently Vice President - Finance Transformation & Digitalisation for Shell. Shaiful has a long and extensive experience in Shell (primarily in Finance and stints in Retail and LNG businesses) in multiple countries which include Malaysia, Australia, Oman, Singapore and Philippines. He returned to Malaysia and assumed the global role as VP Finance Revenue process in Finance Operation in Sep 2016 responsible for delivering effective and efficient execution of processes to bring cash into the Shell Group whilst ensuring compliance and value protection, with focus on creating an environment that amplify people capabilities and driving digital agenda.
In 2022 he assumed his current role as VP Finance Transformation & Digitalisation. His portfolio covers the Commercial Data Operation, Commercial Data Science, Transformation Management Office and Finance Transformation Excellence. In this role he is responsible for building and sustaining capability for Process Excellence across Finance in Shell. Most recently he led the development of the Finance Digital Strategy for Shell and currently is overseeing its execution. Finance Operation in Shell operates in 5 different locations across the world (Krakow, Bangalore, Chennai, Cyberjaya and Manila) and employs more than 7000 employees from various background.

Jean-Michel is a seasoned finance executive with over 30 years of experience and a rich exposure to Asia and China. Jean-Michel has been CFO for Air Liquide China in Shanghai over 12 years and then for Air Liquide Asia-Pacific during 5 years in Tokyo and Shanghai driving growth and profitability. In 2016, he was appointed as VP Finance Organization and Systems at the Air Liquide Group corporate headquarters in Paris.
Since September 2023, Jean-Michel is VP APAC Shared Services and VP Group Finance Global Process Owner. In this double-hatting role based in Kuala Lumpur, he is in charge of the APAC Shared Services Centre providing Finance, HR, Procurement and D&IT support to all the countries in the region and leads in parallel the Finance transformation of the Group across all the Shared Services Centres of the Group, fostering standardization and automation of the processes.

Prior to his current role in Haleon, David had a notable career at GSK. Starting as an accountant in 2012, he held various finance and project roles with increasing responsibility. In 2016, he became the Southeast Asia Finance Controller for GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare based in Singapore, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for ten markets in Southeast Asia. In 2020, David led the set up of the APAC RCC Controllership function/team and was appointed the APAC Close and Control Director for GSK Consumer Healthcare, managing full controllership for the APAC business. He subsequently took over the Planning and Forecasting responsibilities and managed end to end view.
